How To Make Chocolate Fudge

This is a simple recipe with delicious results.

Here is what I used to make this fudge.

1 2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
16 large marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
optional 1 cup chopped pecans

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Add chocolate chips.

Continue stirring until completely melted.

Remove from heat.

Add vanilla and nuts (optional)

Add marshmallow.

Stir until smooth.

Line a square pan with wax paper.

Pour mixture into pan.

Cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Lift fudge out of the pan with the wax paper.

Cut into square pieces.

Enjoy!

  1. I have made one very similar to this, super yummy. One thing I found was use mini marshmallows as they melt faster and you don’t have to stir forever!! Love your blog/IG!
